Loletta is EY’s Global Leader of the China Overseas Investment Network (COIN). She manages the global network of China desks in over 70 countries to serve Chinese clients across all service lines and sectors when they make outbound investments. COIN offers a wide spectrum of professional services to help address a wide range of challenges, covering all stages during the overseas investments, from planning stage to execution stage and to integration and closing stage.

Loletta is also EY’s Belt and Road (B&R) Task Force Leader. She designs and implements EY B&R strategy and mobilize EY global network resources to serve Chinese clients. EY B&R task force focus on B&R development opportunities, and engages in helping clients expand business and make investment along B&R markets.

Loletta is also EY’s Asia-Pacific Growth Markets Leader. She works with partners across the Asia Pacific to drive global strategy in growth markets.

Loletta has over 28 years of experience in providing assurance and advisory business services. She worked on various initial public offerings (IPO) and assurance engagements for Hong Kong and mainland China companies listed on the NYSE, NASDAQ and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, numerous financial due diligence reviews on mergers and acquisitions and risk advisory engagements.
