Honorary Secretary of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors

Mr Wong Chun Sek Edmund, currently is a practising director of Patrick Wong C.P.A. Limited and Honorary Secretary of The Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors. He was trained in one of the Big-4 accounting firm in early years and he has extensive experience in financial reporting, audit and assurance, internal control, taxation, corporate and compliance as well as business advisory.

Apart from being a practising accountant in Hong Kong, he is also a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom, The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and The Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Furthermore, he holds bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, master degrees in Master of Science in Applied Accounting and Finance, Master of Business Administration and Master of Corporate Governance.

He is also actively involved in different accounting bodies; yet, he is currently an Independent NonExecutive Director of HK listed company and familiars with listing rules and requirements, as well as corporate governance requirements for HK listed company. responsible for corporate strategy and compliance management.
