Mr Xu Hua joined GTC in 1998 and is currently the CEO of GTC.

Previously, he was responsible for enterprise finance management, enterprise system management, accounting management at Beijing Municipal Bureau of Finance. He then joined Beijing Institute of Certified Public Accountant to be the Deputy Secretary-general and then Executive Deputy Secretary-general.

Qualifications: MSc in Accounting, Senior Accountant, CPA of China.

Consultant of the Accounting Department of the Ministry of Finance, actively taking part in studies of accounting standards making contributions to the inception of new standards.

Member of the Internal Governance Committee of CICPA; member of the IT Committee of CICPA; member of the IT Committee of MoF; member of Steering Committee of XBRL, providing input to the Member of the second session of financial accounting of the Securities Association of China.

Former Deputy President of Beijing Institute of CPA. National Excellent Certified Public Accountant by the Ministry of Finance; National May 1st Labour Medal by All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

Articles cited several times by the media including China Securities Journal, Securities Times, China Daily, Economic Information Daily and etc.

Made speeches on several occasions such as CPA Forums, China International Service and Trade Conference, and Seminar of M&A of China Association of Industry and Commerce.
